Chicago EasyDates is not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. Chicago EasyDates does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs. For example, Chicago EasyDates does not verify personal information provided by its participants, such as marital status, age, or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to confirm these issues to your own satisfaction.

By registering for a Chicago EasyDates event, you are agreeing that Chicago EasyDates is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the Chicago EasyDates program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with Chicago EasyDates.

Terms & Conditions
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Chicago EasyDates. As part of your registration for a Chicago EasyDates event, you must confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Terms”). By registering for such an event, you become a member of Chicago EasyDates (a “Member”) and you agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register for a Chicago EasyDates event. The terms are subject to change by Chicago EasyDates at any time, effective upon notice to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY
PERSONS UNDER 21 MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS.

By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Participation in Chicago EasyDates events and use of this web site are void where prohibited. By using this web site and/or participating in Chicago EasyDates events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Your membership in Chicago EasyDates is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access to your account and registration information.

2. TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you continue to be a Member of Chicago EasyDates. Either you or Chicago EasyDates may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Chicago EasyDates reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any Chicago EasyDates event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the attention of Chicago EasyDates.

3. SPECIAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS AND RELEASE
You hereby understand and acknowledge that by using this web site and participating in Chicago EasyDates events that your e-mail address, first name and certain other profiling information that you provide will be provided to certain other participants. Chicago EasyDates has conducted no research on the backgrounds of any of its Members or the participants at its events. Chicago EasyDates does not screen the members registering for events offered by Chicago EasyDates in any way, and does not verify information provided by its members. Therefore, Chicago EasyDates is not liable for the accuracy of such information. You agree to release Chicago EasyDates from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a Chicago EasyDates event or through this web site. Chicago EasyDates will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service and/or attendance at Chicago EasyDates events, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service or participants at these events. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress.

We strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take in meeting any new person in order to assure your safety.

You also understand and acknowledge that Chicago EasyDates events are held at venues of which Chicago EasyDates has no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a Chicago EasyDates event, you agree to release Chicago EasyDates from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of Chicago EasyDates.

All participants in Chicago EasyDates events understand and acknowledge that Chicago EasyDates provides a fun and exciting method of meeting new people. Chicago EasyDates does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant. Additionally, Chicago EasyDates does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful.

4. INDEMNITY BY MEMBER:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chicago EasyDates, its partners, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Chicago EasyDates service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

5. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES
5.1 The content of this web site is the property of Chicago EasyDates. Chicago EasyDates is duly formed in the United States of America under the laws of the State of New York and is qualified to do business in the State of New York.

5.2 All title, ownership and intellectual property rights, including the rights to copyrights, trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, the “Intellectual Property’) used on the web site are vested in Chicago EasyDates. Nothing contained on this web site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Intellectual Property without the written permission of Chicago EasyDates.

5.3 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products, services or any portion of any material obtained from this web site, nor may you use any of the Intellectual Property in connection with any other service without the express written consent of Chicago EasyDates.

10. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other participants in Chicago EasyDates events. Chicago EasyDates reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other participants.

16. PRIVACY
Chicago EasyDates will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Chicago EasyDates, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. 17. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, convey subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
