Reason 1: We've been around for 6 years, run over 700 events, and coordinated more than a quarter of a million introductions. Why is this good?

• We are the best-known speed-dating company for Chicago. This means when we schedule events, we don't cancel or postpone them, because the events fill up. For example, when we schedule an event for 100 people (which we do around twice a month), we get the numbers.

• It's small in that the owners (Daniel and Jennifer) started the company back in 2001, and are still running it today. We now have 15 hosts, a web manager, and a wonderful customer service manager (Alice), but the owners are still hands-on in the business every single day. We read all the event comments. If you have a novel suggestion, a complaint, or an out-of-the-ordinary request, it will be one of the owners who answers you. We're extremely flexible, and adapt quickly to what the Chicago single needs.
  
  
• It's big in that the customer pool is huge. If you go to an event on Friday night, you can confidently go again on Saturday night, and meet 15 new singles. Yes, we have customers coming back again - after all, they enjoyed their experience. But we run so many events, with so many different people, that "awkward moments" are almost unheard of.

Reason 4: We have the most flexible policy on refunds and transfers.

Speed-dating companies have to balance the number of men and women at events, so we all have to have strict cancellation policies. But, we also know that things come up - a family emergency, a work project, getting the flu... after all, this is Chicago, and plans change. We are the only company that will refund you if you give five days notice. And so long as you give us a day's notice, we will always transfer you to another event of your choice, free of charge. Compare that to the cancellation policies of our competition - if you can even find their policies.

Want to meet 35 dates for about three minutes each, so you have a lot of people to choose from? Or would you rather meet everyone who is there, so you can relax and not worry about who you're missing? It's always nice to get a bit of extra value for your money. We've worked with 40 different venues in Manhattan, some for six years, and venues love us. That's why bars and restaurants give us drink specials, and those with kitchens put out light appetizers. No appetizers from the bar? We bring in great snacks from Cosi. When you're dating solidly for an hour or so around dinner time, you need some fuel to keep you going. And at our marathon events, you'll also get a free drink.
